What I've learned today is that a person cannot have too many blogs. ;) I had 3 blogs but still didn't have one suitable for funny, silly stuff. So, today I created a blog for just that. Nonsense! I'm serious alot of the time but I love to goof off too. Laughing is the most enjoyable thing for me. I do it alot and those few days when I havn't laughed much at all, I feel terrible. I've been laughing alot lately and I've noticed, when I look in the mirror, I look healthier. I've been feeling better on the inside too. Things just seem to go better in life when you can find something to laugh about. Even when things are going terribly wrong. Find something to laugh about.
I love thinking about God laughing. It never occured to me that God would ever laugh until a few years ago when I was listening to a Christian comedian and they were talking about God's sense of humor. I guess, for some reason, I had always pictured God either having no emotion or crying all the time. I had never been able to picture God happy. That's terrible! I would love to know what makes God laugh. Whatever it is, I'm sure it's great! I happen to know God has a sense of humor because He's the one who created humor and gave us a sense of it! Now this tells me that there must be alot more to humor than we are able to grasp. I hope we laugh in Heaven. I can't imagine doing anything else but praising God. But still, what if we got to laugh too?
The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them; but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming. The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright.
